The exact duplicate of the renown 175 grain Matchking. The 175 hollowpoing boattail Gameking has the same ogive profile and dimensions of the MatchKing. This allows you to have a true Match bullet and a Hunting bullet that will require no seating die changes. This bullet was designed to give reliable expansion in midrange velocities on hogs, deer, and bear sized animals. It sports the same .505 (G1) B.C. and the Matchking. Accuracy has been as phenomenal as it’s Match twin. Give these an opportunity to prove the match accurate hunting bullet qualities it provides. Sold in 100 count (#2175) and 500 count (2175C) boxes.

For rifles, this bullet is designed for explosive expansion in varmints and small game and with accuracy characteristic of the MatchKing bullets. The nose tip of this bullet is made of a proprietary acetyl resin compound, and the sharp shape will improve the ballistic coefficient over the traditional Spitzer bullet design. The 39 grain BlitzKing #1039 has a boat tail. All the BlitzKing bullets in 20 caliber are designed to handle high muzzle velocities from cartridges like the 204 Ruger, and can easily handle velocities from others like the 20 Tactical and 20 Vartarg. This bullet was designed to be the perfect length and stabilize in the 204 Ruger's original 1-12" twist barrel.
For handguns, the BlitzKing bullet is especially effective in varmints and small game for the full range of centerfire cartridges in 20 caliber. They have outstanding accuracy, a flat trajectory and superb expansion in small animals even with the smaller-capacity cartridges chambered in shorter barrels. The 39 grain #1039 bullet is suitable for those smaller cartridges, like the 20 Vartarg that is essentially a necked down 221 Fireball.

Sierra has enhanced a segment of the MatchKing line by adding the acetal resin tip, thus crowning the Tipped MatchKing (TMK) bullet line. The major advantage of adding a tip to the bullet is the reduction of drag, producing a more favorable ballistic coefficient. Another benefit is reliable feeding in magazine fed firearms. The introduction of the 60 Gr. TMK helped to fill a gap in the 22 caliber Match bullet offering.
While they are recognized around the world for record-setting accuracy, MatchKing® and Tipped MatchKing® bullets are not recommended for most hunting applications. Although MatchKing® and Tipped MatchKing® bullets are commonly used for varmint hunting, their design will not provide the same reliable explosive expansion at equivalent velocities in varmints compared to their lightly jacketed Hornet, Blitz or Varminter counterparts.
