I load this bullet extensively for my 25-06 Ruger #1. Superb accuracy and performance on deer and elk! This is my long range deer hunting rifle/load combo!

I've just started testing with this 117 grain pill in my Cooper Jackson Game Rifle, chambered in .25-06. So far, I am very impressed with the accuracy of this projectile. I have achieved groups just over .25 MOA and I'm looking forward to seeing the terminal performance of this bullet on a MD whitetail.

I've been using this bullet for more than 25 years and consistently get 2 inch or less groups at 400 yards. This bullet really hits hard, I've made one shot kills at slightly over 700 yards.

I have been handloading this projectile for over 40 years in a 257 Roberts & 25-06 . Initially this Bullet had a listed BC. of .434 & now lists as .410. This neglected caliber needs an upgraded bullet ! Lets see Sierra create a 120 or 125 gr. spitzer boatail with a BC of .500 or more. It would sure make the 25-06 competitive with the 6.5-.284 @ distances 500 yds & beyond.

Excellent Bullet, in my .257 Roberts this bullet is pinpoint accurate (under .5") and absolute death on Mule Deer and Antelope. Longest shot was 326 yards one shot kill on a huge Mule Deer buck. Have not recovered a bullet all bullets exited the animal.
