9mm 125 Gr. JHP Sports Master

    , , , , ,
There are many different 9mm cartridges in the world, but not all of them use bullets of .355 inch diameter. Be sure that the handgun cartridge for which you are loading uses .355 inch diameter bullets. The exterior of JHP bullets is completely covered by jacket, including the nose radius, for total reliability. Sierra's Power Jacket with skives enhances expansion in varmints at handgun velocities. Pure lead is used for the core to give good penetration with excellent expansion. The 125 grain #8125 bullets brings it's excellent qualities to the larger 9mm cartridges, such as the 9mm Luger (9x19 mm), 9x21 mm, 357 Sig, and 38 Super. These bullets are effective in the varmint fields and have gained great favor with many law enforcement agencies. Additionally, many top handgunners use 125 grain bullets for their accuracy and reliability in target competitions. These bullets are truly exceptional in all respects. 10mm 150 Gr. JHP Sports Master

    , , , , ,
These bullets are designed to meet even the most demanding shooter's needs. This bullet was introduced in 1988. They provide rapid, controlled expansion for defensive use or on game up to large varmints at ranges out to 100 yards. Their unique design also produces excellent accuracy for competitive events. The International Practical Shooting Confederation shooter needs only 1100 fps muzzle velocity with the 150 grain #8430 bullet to make "major." One also can use any of these bullets in an "old timer," the 38-40 Winchester (38 WCF), made popular in both single-action revolvers and rifles for Cowboy Shooting. However, these bullets are not legal for competition. Special provisions may be required for crimping (since these bullets have no cannelure for roll crimping) and expanding ball size in reloading dies for the 38-40. The #8430 was introduced in 1988.
