10mm 165 Gr. JHP Sports Master

    , , , , ,
These bullets are designed to meet even the most demanding shooter's needs. This bullet was introduced in 1992. The International Practical Shooting Confederation needs only 1000 fps muzzle velocity with the 165 grain #8445 to make "major." These power factors are easily attained with the heavier bullets in the 10mm Auto or 40 S&W. One also can use any of these bullets in an "old timer," the 38-40 Winchester (38 WCF), made popular in both single-action revolvers and rifles for Cowboy Shooting. However, these bullets are not legal for competition. Special provisions may be required for crimping (since these bullets have no cannelure for roll crimping) and expanding ball size in reloading dies for the 38-40. To order by phone, please call 1-888-223-3006 *Sierra Bullets does not sell any loaded ammunition. What you are purchasing are bullets only and will need to be loaded into ammunition in order to be fired from a firearm. Prices, specifications and availability are subject to change without notice. 9mm 90 Gr. JHP Sports Master

    , , , , ,
There are many different 9mm cartridges in the world, but not all of them use bullets of .355 inch diameter. Be sure that the handgun cartridge for which you are loading uses .355 inch diameter bullets. The 90 grain #8100 was originally introduced in the hollow cavity (JHC) design in 1970, but the design was changed in 1983 to the current hollow point (JHP) to enhance feeding in semi-auto pistols. Sierra's Power Jacket with skives enhances expansion in varmints at handgun velocities. Pure lead is used for the core to give good penetration with excellent expansion. The 90 grain #8100 is an excellent bullet for the 380 ACP and can be loaded in that cartridge to excellent velocities for high energy release and effective self defense. To order by phone, please call 1-888-223-3006 *Sierra Bullets does not sell any loaded ammunition. What you are purchasing are bullets only and will need to be loaded into ammunition in order to be fired from a firearm. Prices, specifications and availability are subject to change without notice. .20 Cal 32 Gr. BlitzKing

    , ,
For rifles, this bullet is designed for explosive expansion in varmints and small game and with accuracy characteristic of the MatchKing bullets. The nose tips of this bullet is made of a proprietary acetyl resin compound, and the sharp tips improve the ballistic coefficient over the traditional flat-base Spitzer bullet design. The 32 grain BlitzKing #1032 has a flat base. All the BlitzKing bullets in 20 caliber are designed to handle high muzzle velocities from cartridges like the 204 Ruger, and can easily handle velocities from others like the 20 Tactical and 20 Vartarg. For handguns, the BlitzKing bullet is especially effective in varmints and small game for the full range of centerfire cartridges in 20 caliber. They have outstanding accuracy, a flat trajectory and superb expansion in small animals even with the smaller-capacity cartridges chambered in shorter barrels. The 32 grain #1032 bullet is recommended for those smaller cartridges, like the 20 Vartarg that is essentially a necked down 221 Fireball. The #1032 was introduced in 2005.

.284 Cal 100 Gr. HP Varminter

    , ,
It has been said that a prairie dog shooter learns more about his rifle, cartridge and scope in one day than a deer hunter can learn in a lifetime. The 100 grain Hollow Point #1895 bullet allows off-season practice on varmints with any 7mm hunting rifle. This light, thin-jacketed bullet is exceptionally accurate, and the large hollow point makes it devastatingly effective on all varmints. Effective in cartridges ranging from the diminutive 7mm BR to the potent 7mm magnums, the lightweight of this bullet allows high velocity with low recoil for maximum enjoyment. It is accurate enough for use in Hunter Benchrest competition, and it is suitable for all standard 7mm barrel twist rates. In handguns, the 100 grain #1895 Hollow Point bullet is a light bullet for the varmint and small game hunter, and should be used for any application that requires certain expansion. This is the lightest 7mm caliber bullet currently available, and the high velocity coupled with Sierra's large hollow point makes it unbeatable for fast, reliable expansion and pinpoint accuracy. Although best restricted to coyote and smaller-sized game, it could be used for small deer with proper shot placement. It is too light weight for serious use for full-size silhouettes but excellent for other target applications. The #1895 was introduced in 1988.

    .284 Cal 120 Gr. SPT Pro-Hunter

When used in magnum cases with heavy loads, this superbly accurate bullet becomes an extremely effective long-range varmint bullet. In handguns, the 120 grain #1900 bullet would be a good choice for medium game in cartridges of this size. Good ballistic shape and traditional Sierra accuracy make these bullets excellent choices for all target work. The pinpoint accuracy of this bullet makes it a good choice for both varmints and target competition.

.284 Cal 140 Gr. SBT GameKing

    , ,
For rifles chambered in 7mm cartridges, this bullet has the heavy, double-tapered Sierra jacket for hunting.. The #1905 bullet is recommended for all 7mm cartridges. It is an excellent choice as a lighter bullet in any of the 7mm magnum cartridges for use at medium to long ranges. In handguns, the 140 grain #1905 is considered too "tough" for smaller cartridges, such as the 7mm TCU and 7mm BR. However, this bullet is seeing much use in the Remington XP-100 chambered for the 7mm-08 Remington or in similar cartridge/handgun combinations for both target shooting and hunting applications. This bullet is a good choice when driven at 2500 fps or more for medium or large game at typical handgun ranges. Using this bullet for hunting is limited to muzzle velocities achievable with only a select few cartridge and handgun combinations, but no such restrictions apply to target use. This bullet can be used in all 7mm cartridges for target shooting.

    .284 Cal 140 Gr. SPT Pro-Hunter

    , ,
The 140 grain #1910 Spitzer bullet has a heavy, double-tapered Sierra hunting jacket. It is superbly accurate, has excellent penetration and expansion on medium game, and is recommended for all 7mm cartridges. It is suggested for ranges out to 450 yards and is an excellent all-around hunting bullet. In handguns, the 140 grain #1910 bullet is generally considered too "hard" for TCU size cartridges, but this bullet could be a good choice for large game, such as elk, when used in a Remington XP-100 handgun in 7mm-08 Remington or a similar handgun and cartridge at short ranges. Good ballistic shape and traditional Sierra accuracy make this bullet an excellent choice for all target work. The pinpoint accuracy of this bullet makes it a good choice for both varmints and target competition.
